Buy the Peticure instead. It does the same thing as the PediPaws, except it’s a lot better product. I’ve heard many not getting the PediPaws in the mail or it was already used by someone else.
BEWARE! Don’t buy online because many are reporting that they don’t deliver the product. There is better nail grinder tools out there anyways. If you insist on buying the PediPaws, get it offline at bed and bath beyond or wal-mart.
I am very displeased and unhappy with ordering the PediPaws online. When I placed my order for 1 Deluxe Pedipaws and $7.99 s&h I was very suprised when my confrimation said I order a additional PediPaws and was being charged $23.97 for s&h. I immediately tried to call and change my order. I was told my order had not been processed and to call back in 72 hours. I called back 72 hours later only to be told that my order had been processed and I couldnt change it. They wanted to take $10 off my order to keep the additonal Pedipaws. I said no that i either wanted my order changed or they could cancel the whole order. I was then told I had to wait to get the order which could take 15 days then put a return # on the unopened package and bring to my local post office. I had to get loud and very upset before they said they would send a request to the warehouse to cancel. I still may get the package and will have to wait til then to return and get my money back. I dont even have the product and I would definetly not recommend it to anyone.
I agree with the Dog Groomer here. I have read many complaints about the Pedipaws so I went with the Peticure brand and have been very happy with it. My weiner dog Charlie has warmed up to the tool quite well. The Peticure is a well made tool that has saved me a lot of time and money already.

bought a pedi paws for $19.99, now after we finally recieved it 3 weeks later they are $14.99!!! why should we not get our $5.00 back? plus we never did get our free gift with it!!! not at all happy and you can not even e-mail them, they have no e-mail address! WHAT A JOKE THIS PEDIPAWS IS, I DONT RECOMMEND TO ANYONE!!!
